CCDA Office
CCDA’s Office is located in the Convention Center in Meeting Room 8 and can help you with Registration, Name Changes, Payments and more.
Check In
Check in starts at 2pm. Most entrances to the convention center will have a check in station. Volunteers will help you when you arrive.
Here for the first time?
Check out our blog on what to expect for your first CCDA National Conference.
Simulcast Room
Need to get away from the crowd? Kids getting bored? Just like it a little quieter? Visit the Simulcast Room (Ballroom D) to watch the mainstage sessions in a way that works for you.
Volunteers
When you arrive, check in at the CCDA Office to receive your volunteer shirt, conference bag and volunteer instructions. The CCDA Office, Meeting Room 8, serves as the Volunteer Room.
Sensory
Sensory items and spaces offer attendees space away from the intensity of the event. The overflow room, open during plenary sessions, is located in Ballroom D. It hosts space for attendees to be able to get away from the intensity of the plenary session and has separate seating, a livestream and various tactile sensory items available.
The prayer room offers a more sensory deprived space. It is located in the Marriott in Terrace 3 on the 2nd Floor. The prayer room environment is designed to use lower, more natural lighting, have softer furnishings, less people, and soothing sounds or a quiet space. Both spaces will have noise canceling ear plugs.
Live Streaming while at Conference
If you’ve already paid to add the livestream, you can visit live.ccda.org and go through a similar check-in process to gain access.
If you’d like to add the livestream to your registration now, simply visit the registration office and they can help you out.
