CCDA’s 2021 National Conference will take place inside the Kansas City Marriott Downtown hotel.

Yes, you can register to participate in the livestream on the conference registration page.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, how are you keeping National Conference attendees safe?
We are closely monitoring federal, state, and local policies regarding best practices for hosting events during the pandemic. Our staff is working closely with the hotel to implement protocols to keep our attendees safe. As we get closer to conference week, we will continue to adjust our protocols to match recommended best practices. All National Conference guests will be expected to adhere to the health and safety practices posted on the Kansas City Marriott Downtown website.
When will volunteer applications be available?
Volunteer applications will be available beginning July 1, 2021.
What is the cost to volunteer and how much time is required?
The cost to volunteer is $69 with a 10-hour commitment.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Yes. Members and non-members alike can purchase multiple tickets for any event within the CCDA National Conference. Tickets do not need names assigned to them at time of purchase but should be assigned prior to the conference. For further questions, contact [email protected].
When is the last date to register for the conference?
Conference registration is available online and on-site. Registration will only close should we reach our capacity.
Will CCDA offer childcare at the conference?
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, we will not offer childcare at the 2021 National Conference in Kansas City.
Can people from outside the U.S. attend the National Conference?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are not issuing invitation letters for in-person attendance to the 2021 National Conference in Kansas City. We are, however, creating a no-cost livestream option for which individuals living outside the U.S. may qualify. Registration details for the no-cost live stream option are forthcoming. How do I change or cancel my registration?
To change the name on a registration, please email [email protected] with any needed changes.
What is the cost of an exhibit booth and program ad?
Exhibit booths range in price depending on the size and location of the space. CCDA organizational members receive a 25% discount on exhibit booth costs. Advertisement opportunities are also available.
Can I ship items to the conference site for my exhibit booth?
Yes. After exhibit details have been finalized we will connect you with the venue decorator. They will assist with shipping costs and delivery.
