Logos, ads, email content, etc can be submitted through this form. If you are unsure of what you have paid for, please contact sponsor@ccda.org prior to submitting.
We request submissions to be made by:
- August 7, 2026: Sponsored Emails (before Conference)
- September 7, 2026: All other deliverables
Any submissions made after that may or may not be added to our promotions schedule due to the increased workload in relation to Conference.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 2, 2026.
All Exhibitor Shipments must be received at the Advance Warehouse by Friday, October 2, 2026. Any shipments received after Friday, October 2, 2026 will incur a 10% late fee.
NO Direct Shipments to Convention Center. We have been informed by the Convention Center that they will not accept any shipments prior to the show.
Please attach the Show Label to each box being shipped.
Instructions and Outbound Information
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, October 2, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
