Childcare Assistant

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to cooperate with the lead teacher and assist this teacher in daily activities. The Assistant Teacher must be able to interact with children on an appropriate developmental level. The assistant will assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate growth in intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual facets.

Required Qualifications: Assistant teachers should have a high school diploma or GED. They must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, a CDA in Early Childhood; Experience working in the Early Childhood Field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
