Build the Bridge Consulting
Do you find yourself looking for ways to be more resilient in times of stress? The COVID-19 pandemic opened our eyes to just how stressed we all are. Faith communities are coping with trauma and trying to navigate leading well in a time of faith deconstruction. Couple that with most of us not knowing any wellness skills and we’re left with the consequences: aching bodies, toxic workplaces and struggling relationships. In the Bible, Jesus asked the sick man “Do you want to be made well?” I ask you that same question now. Do you, in fact, want to be made well? Yes. I can help. I have learned wellness the hard way with my own mental health struggles serving in ministry, as a parent and as a community member. Let me teach wellness to your community.

As a practitioner I understand the desire to reach our communities and as an executive leader I understand the balance of staff and organizational health. It is my desire to see every organization have a culture of healthy staff that leads to healthier communities.
