Do you ever feel isolated in leadership? Are you unsure where you can find a supportive professional community to navigate tough decisions and challenges?
The good news is that executive leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. This is why CCDA is launching an Executive Leadership Peer Coaching Circle in 2025.
Each month, a small group of leaders will meet together for peer coaching and collaborative discussion. These hour-and-a-half sessions will include breakout groups where you can share experiences, challenges, and successes in a confidential space.
There are only fifteen spots available, so apply today!

I was inspired by hearing about some of the BIG things that my new friends are working on and I benefited from the advice and encouragement of colleagues who have dealt with similar issues.
