Description
Using specific examples from on-the-ground experiences, the presenter will demonstrate how empowering young leaders and helping them grow is best done through combining relationship with opportunity: giving young leaders a place to both experiment with their own leadership styles and receive encouraging, specific correction through the unique partnership of relationship with a supportive adult.
