Building on the previous class, Transformational Relationships: Reframing Organizational Impact – Part 1, we have an understanding of logic models, impact, and transformational relationships. But how do we put it all together? How do we incorporate these models into our strategic planning process and use it to effectively run our organization?
We’ll spend time brainstorming various models based on audience examples, questions, and contexts. We’ll map our models to leadership principles from Simon Sinek’s popular work Know Your Why. We’ll examine the concept of collective impact in CCD work and how to incorporate more collaborative models to strengthen our organizations.
