Welcome to your official FCI dashboard! Here, you will find the inspiration, tools, trainings, and checklists you need to be successful during the program.
As a coach, your role is to:
- Guide congregations in applying CCD principles in their unique context
- Support and hold them accountable in both learning and practice throughout the FCI program.
Year 2 Roadmap
In 2026, FCI congregations are invited to slow down, pay attention, and listen deeply to the neighborhoods they are called to love and serve. The Year 2 Roadmap below provides an at-a-glance view of our shared rhythms, learning moments, and touchpoints for the year ahead.

Upcoming Dates:
- Coach Check-In: February 11th, 2026 at 2p CST, mark your calendars!
- Quarter 1: Report and Reimbursement Document 2026
- A friendly reminder to hold on to all your receipts throughout the conference, including meals, transportation, and any other approved expenses. This will make the reimbursement process much smoother after you return home. You can review all the details and eligible expenses in the Reimbursement Guidelines HERE
2026 Resources
- Want to know how your congregation is doing?
- Quarter 1 Coach Guide Coming Soon…
- Assessments – CCDA Churches / AMEZ Churches
- Two helpful points of discussion will be each congregation’s benchmark assessment scores, comparing their progress from the beginning of last year to this year. Each church will also receive an FCI Scorecard that highlights their engagement in the program over the past year. At the bottom of the scorecard, you’ll find three reflection questions to guide your conversation. Your insight will be especially valuable in helping FCI leaders recognize how their engagement has contributed to their growth and identify where further investment could deepen their learning.
