2022 brought unprecedented growth for CCDA. Nationally, we had the honor of making space for CCDA members and practitioners to contribute their gifts, talents, wisdom, and friendship to strengthen and edify each other. We are continually inspired by our members! Together, we are seeing people and communities experience God’s shalom across the nation.

Membership has been a way for us to accomplish our mission and vision. We are elated to have over 2000 members part of the CCDA family who are committed to seeing their communities flourish.
Expanded Networks
We have a growing set of affinity based networks that we soft launched this year, with members dedicated to both connection and addressing the most pressing and relevant issues in our country. In addition, we onboarded several new local networks and a handful of them held their own regional conferences this year!

Launched our Podcast
We have years of powerful content from our annual conference, interviews, and training courses. We curated them into bite-sized episodes for your enjoyment and formation.
Held our National Conference on Wellbeing
Nearly 2,000 people gathered for inspiration, training, and connection around the theme of Wellbeing. Here, we launched our Spiritual Wellbeing track (where attendees had the opportunity to meet with Chaplains, spiritual directors, etc), and offered consulting opportunities with members. We can’t wait to go back to Cincinnati with expanded opportunities!
