Description
The criminal legal system is not equipped to bring the well-being it promises. The system claims to serve those who have been harmed, those who do the harm, and the surrounding community (the public). But as long as it centers the punishment of the person alleged to have harmed, the system will not be equipped to serve any of the additional parties. Churches, communities, and organizations can all have a role in building a world where all are served, where safety, healing, and accountability that repairs are available to all. Speaker: Jami Hodge
