A Reminder Before You Come
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
Our hope is simply that you come having spent some time looking at your congregation’s data, noticing what stands out, and beginning to wonder together about where God may be inviting you to grow.
We can’t wait to see you in Richmond and to BEHOLD together all that God has done—and what may be ahead!
Year 2 Roadmap
In 2026, FCI congregations are invited to slow down, pay attention, and listen deeply to the neighborhoods they are called to love and serve. The Year 2 Roadmap below provides an at-a-glance view of our shared rhythms, learning moments, and touchpoints for the year ahead.

- Due 8/14: Register for the August Webinar – August 20th at 7:00p CT
- Due 8/31: Complete Richmond Preconference Form
- Due 8/31: Submit all National Conference Attendees using the Google Sheet HERE.
- Due 9/11: Collect a minimum of 10 congregation and 10 community responses for the Listening to the Community Assessment.

- Due 12/22: Philosophy and Community Series Form: Complete the P&C registration form by adding the names and emails of your leaders. Lynette will handle the registration process. Need a refresher or resources to invite your team? Find them here.
- Due 12/22: Church and CCD Series: We’ll gather each Thursday at 7p CST in February for a powerful learning experience with phenomenal speakers. This series is an essential part of your FCI journey.
- Please register for each session individually using the following Zoom Link (Please note to register for the correct date. We use Zoom registrations to track attendance.)
- Due 3/31: Q1 Virtual Coaching Session – We recommend scheduling your Virtual Coaching Session for after the Church and CCD Series in February! By March, you and your coach can reflect, process, and interact with all materials from Q1.
