Inequality has an origin. In this course, you will learn about the American system of incarceration that cripples those who have been involved in it. This system also specifically imprisons more black and brown people than any other racial groups. But from where did this disparity come?
This lesson takes us through the need for unity as a body in Christ, with a focus on native communities. The role of the Church in the oppression and brokenness of Native American peoples is examined. We also explore how to enter into reconciliation while being mindful of historical contexts for fragmentation and dissonance.
