“I found my people.”
We hear this all the time when people describe their experience at the CCDA Conference. This annual gathering feels like a family reunion, a place where you can belong and connect with people who get it. For nearly forty years, we’ve been creating a space for CCD practitioners to come together to connect and be inspired, equipped, and trained.
Whether you’re new to Christian Community Development or a seasoned practitioner, there is a place for you at our family reunion!
A Place to Belong
With over 2,000 attendees each year, there are so many people to meet, connect with, and learn from. Meet other people who are working in the same community or doing similar work across the nation and form connections that can help sustain you throughout the year.
A Place to Rest
Our lives are busy, and there are a million things to do, but stepping away to recharge is vital. We intentionally create opportunities for you to find refreshment through our embodied practices spaces or in praying with conference chaplains.
A Place to Grow
With over 70 workshops, there are many opportunities to learn something new from a seasoned CCD practitioner. Preconference events and Go & Sees provide opportunities to deepen your learning. The six plenary sessions feature relevant sermons from people across the nation to encourage you as you return to your community.
We Hope to See You There!
The CCDA Conference is a wonderful opportunity for you and your team to be inspired and equipped, refreshed and recharged to go back into your community.
This year’s theme is Shalom. This Conference will equip us as Christ followers with the tools, inspiration, and connection to creatively live out Shalom in our communities. For nearly 40 years, we’ve been gathering shalom makers together to love God and love neighbor.
