CCDA’s Wages & Benefits Report can help with that!
Each year, CCDA surveys dozens of member organizations from across the United States to learn about their workplaces. We ask questions about their size, structure, and number of employees. We also learn about their policies regarding employee leave, wages, benefits, remote work, and more!
We compile all of that data in an easy-to-read report so you can gain valuable insights into the labor marketplace of CCDA member organizations.

How do I use this report?
Our goal is that this in-depth report will spark questions within you and your team. Use the Wages & Benefits report to see what others are doing and consider what changes you can make in your own organization. Each team is different, but hopefully the trends in this report will encourage you as you continue to lead your team well.
At CCDA, we are using this data to help ignite curiosity about CCD organizations in our association. This helps us create more relevant resources for you and your organization.
CCDA’s annual Wages & Benefits report is filled with valuable insights into CCDA member organizations. And you’re invited to contribute to it!
The new and improved Wages & Benefits survey is now open for CCDA Member Organizations to complete. This survey should take about thirty minutes to complete. Your participation allows us to see how CCD organizational stories, community impact, and practices change over time. As we learn more about member organizations, we are able to share CCD organizational trends and best practices.
Organizational members who complete the Wages & Benefits survey will be automatically entered to win one free 2025 CCDA National Conference registration valued at $299. The winner will be selected via raffle and announced by March 30, 2025.
