CCDA has created a number of resources to help leaders strengthen their organizations, including the Wages & Benefits Report!

Each year, CCDA surveys member organizations from across the United States to learn about their workplaces. We ask questions about their size, structure, and number of employees. We also learn about their policies regarding employee leave, wages, benefits, remote work, and more!

We compile all of that data in an easy-to-read report so you can gain valuable insights into the labor marketplace of CCDA member organizations.
