Description
Soul Care is an affinity, communal gathering where, through an interpretive biblical lens, a space of shalom is formed in wholeness, completeness, and soundness. In such spaces, front-line community leaders are seen, known and understood. They experience a climate of goodness, safety, wellbeing and belonging with others, through four voices of compassionate care: the prophet, pastor, purpose and passage voices. Here, the trauma, resulting from the front-line work, can be collectively faced together, and healing begins to emerge. Those in reconciliation work, need these postured voices speaking into them, ultimately reflecting the voice of the Trinitarian God.
