Description
In this workshop Carlton Oby, Kevin Garcia and Jill Collum will discuss mentoring from a place that has been doing it for several years. This will discuss the way in which mutually transforming relationships are a key area for growth as established in their own program and how this is modeled scripturally as well. This will include ways that cultivate youth involvement, volunteer pools to pull from, and ongoing training and empowering of the mentors to do their task well.
