Description
As white people we cannot be the central leadership of movements and initiatives that are committed to justice or have cross cultural components. This is a curated conversation for white leaders about becoming helpful in spaces designed to counter what we bring- namely dismantling white supremacy and its toxic impact. However, race and culture work can be tough on identity and vocation so this session will walk white leaders through some philosophical and practical steps towards evolving into our more productive roles in the work. This session is autobiographical, theological, and practical examination of being white in multicultural spaces.
