You’re invited to join us for our joint networking call between the CCDA Economic Empowerment and Immigration Networks. This special call gave us an opportunity to connect and collaborate with practitioners from both networks, sharing experiences and insights from around the CCDA community.
Our discussion focused on the theme of “How Immigrants Shape our Economy,” exploring the vital contributions that immigrant communities make to our economy, and dispelling some of the myths around the economic impacts of immigration. This was/is a unique opportunity to learn from each other, exchange ideas, and strengthen our collective impact.
To help facilitate our discussion, we were joined by J. Mark Bowers, Sr. Training Advisor at World Relief and Dr. Enoch Hill, Associate Professor of Economics at Wheaton College.
