Most organizations will tell you they could use more leaders. Where do leaders come from? From outside the organization? Some do. How about from within? Are your current participants your future leaders? We think so! In different contexts, cities, and ministries, Florence and Jason have been embracing and equipping participants from within their organizations to become leaders.
