Everyone is created to work, yet there are specific barriers preventing millions of unemployed and underemployed individuals in this world from finding and keeping a good job. Come explore the Church’s role in addressing unemployment, and how churches and ministries can help prepare people for work through Gospel-centered, collaborative approaches in their communities. Leave with a deeper understanding on how work is rooted in the Gospel, tangible strategies to developing partnerships with the businesses community, and new perspectives on work-readiness centered on relationships and asset-based community development.
