How do we do ministry better than we did before? The last three years have drastically shifted the pace of ministry causing urban leaders and students to reevaluate why they gather. It has been a slow return to regular church; however, collaboration increases the speed of progress. This session will challenge you to think beyond big events and crowded rooms to not only see the benefit of intergenerational leadership but also the importance of ministry partnership and people over projects.
