White people wanting to be Allies may struggle to know when, where, and how to do their part to dismantle racism. This workshop aims to help White Allies navigate the White spaces they occupy so that they can better prepare for conflict and leverage their influence in the places where BIPOC people do not have access.
Elizabeth Cronlund is the Community Development Coordinator for Summit Church, building relationships with local organizations and helping guide how the church invests its time, talent, and people into the local community. Born in Chicago, but raised in The Philippines, she sees the world through a lens of a multi-ethnic woman and third culture kid. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), has a background in Federal Disaster Management, as well as Asian American Leadership development. Within CCDA she is active in the AAPIs in CCDA affinity group and TransformED Education Equity team. Elizabeth currently attends Northern Seminary
