Description
In pursuing the shalom that God can bring to our communities we recognize that employment and career development is a vital component to providing stability and peace to members of our community. By focusing on a development paradigm in our HR practices we are able to build leadership within our community that promotes peace and wellbeing. Many HR practices in the business world do not promote justice or righteousness and are not effective in a CCD setting where leadership development is of top priority. This workshop will explore developing leadership from within the community and how this impacts the use of HR practices specific to CCD settings. Speakers: Joni & Abe Brandyberry
