We all want the teenagers in our ministries to develop a faith that matters beyond youth group and is consequential every day of the week. In this workshop, we explore Fuller Youth Institute’s research on how nurturing character, rightly understood, forms faith beyond youth group. Then participants examine practical ways they can help young people embrace character by cultivating trust, modeling growth, teaching for transformation, practicing together, and making meaning.
