Description
With 40 years of experience, learn from the staff of One Ministries – UNIQUE Learning Center in Washington, DC on how to creatively operate a summer program for children and youth. This workshop will educate practitioners on the importance of summer learning for children in under-resourced communities. It will empower practitioners to create an effective summer program that will enhance the learning experiences to avoid academic “summer slide” and be prepared to return to school ready to learn.
