The Public Policy Network provides a space for CCD practitioners to understand, coordinate, and collaborate on public policy issues across the United States. We recognize the increasing importance and role that state, local, and federal-level policies have played in our communities. With this affinity group, we are able to increase our bandwidth and build capacity for ongoing efforts.
About the Public Policy Network
We envision a broadening coalition of informed, educated, and equipped community leaders supporting legislative action that promotes policies for the flourishing of our local communities across the United States.
We are a working group that is committed to engaging in the following activities and priorities:
- Support for each other as we work in our communities to support systemic change through local, state, and federal legislation
- Share intel on public policy across States, including legislation enacted/proposed
- Collaborate on legislative solutions for systems change that impact our collective communities
- Educate each other on public policies, politics, policy process, budgets, and more
