Description
Using assessment tools provides clarity on what leaders expect to see as a result of their work in ministry and whether they are meeting their goals. Assessments provide essential information about leaders, their teams, and how they can grow. This workshop will focus on the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) framework and assessment tool as an example of the power of assessment for ministry leadership. Lessons and application steps will be shared based on analyzing CQ assessment results from over 4,000 Christian ministry leaders in the US.
