Stories as Bridges- Diverse Intersections of Belonging

$5.00

2019 CCDA National Conference — Dallas Workshop

Stories as Bridges- Diverse Intersections of Belonging — Rev. Dr. Lena Crouso

Stories are a mirror of the ways we understand our history, our identity, and our humanity. Our stories shape how we bear the image of God. Through story telling, we acknowledge the diverse intersections of our identities within our communities. The narratives of our communities are tools for building bridges of belonging and holistic well-being. This workshop will focus on the art and science of story telling and how to weave it into every facet of a community. Participants will practice forms of story telling that can fit a multilayered approach for shared pathways.
