Reimagine A Better Way to Minister: Trauma informed Care

In this workshop you will be introduced to a reproducible model to address trauma. Lisa is a trained Master Facilitator and Trainer in Trauma Healing. She will guide the group through the basics of this training model. You will be introduced to the Trauma Healing Arc, the journey from suffering to rebuilding and resilience. Each attendee will leave with next steps of how to incorporate Trauma Healing Training into their ministry context as well as practical tools to help them walk alongside those who are going through trauma or grieving.

Senior Vice President of Organizational Health and Culture

Lisa lives in Wichita, Kansas. Her role is responsible for fostering a God honoring, healthy culture within World Impact as well as promoting staff health and wellness. Lisa is a Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader through the Christian Leadership Alliance. Lisa leads Trauma Healing Training within World Impact and is a Master Facilitator and Trainer Certified through American Bible Society. Lisa and her team give personnel and pastoral oversight to World Impact staff around the country.
