Description
Refugees should unite and not divide us. They give us an opportunity to practice our faith and do God’s work. Refugees enrich our communities. Many of our community members do not have enough information on the self-sufficiency of public and private refugee resettlement programs, which have proven to be successful and can serve as an economic model for CCDA members and clients. Participants will learn about the structure of the program, its financing, strategies for building alliances and partnerships, and how to transfer that knowledge to their area of service. Come learn from Dr. Drocella Mugorewera, a proud refugee since 2009.
