Description
This workshop explores how nonprofits, businesses, foundations, faith leaders, civic partners, and residents can move beyond fragmented efforts toward aligned, lasting impact. Co-presented by cross-sector practitioners, the interactive session shares honest lessons from a multi-year, place-based movement, highlighting tensions, missteps, and strategic pivots. Grounded in the CCD philosophy, participants will engage a practical Relationships-to-Results framework to assess ecosystem misalignment, strengthen trust across power differences, and design next-step experiments. Rather than presenting a polished success story about Thrive and Prosper, the workshop equips leaders with transferable tools to build relational infrastructure that produces measurable, generational outcomes.
