Description
The purpose of this workshop is to provide intentional guidelines for organizations to steward volunteers within their churches and organizations. The goal is to ensure staff and volunteers have a clear understanding of their serving roles through consistency and clarity by integrating standard guidelines. To properly steward relationships with volunteers, there must be the following: Trust, Empowerment, Personal Communication, Investment, Recognition and Appreciation, Social Connection, and Accountability.
