Short-term medical doctor

Faith Hospital, Clinic, and Community Health Project in Bangladesh is in need of a doctor to fill in for the long-term doctor while he is in the United States. 6-8 weeks, October-November 2026

We are seeking a versatile and compassionate physician to join our outpatient care team, with training in family medicine, med-peds, internal medicine, pediatrics, or emergency medicine, and the ability to provide cross-coverage for basic adult and pediatric care as needed. The ideal candidate is familiar with dengue and chikungunya, comfortable reading ECGs, interpreting chest X-rays, and performing basic laceration suturing; experience with point-of-care ultrasound is also beneficial. This role includes providing prenatal care (no deliveries required) in a supportive clinical environment. Candidates should be eager to learn and follow hospital protocols, working closely with local staff and the senior physician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
