Faith Innovation Group (FIG) is a peer network for faith-motivated community developers who want to bring their best thinking to hard problems—and who know that the best thinking happens in the room with others who get it. Iron sharpening iron.
Think of it as part incubator, part think tank, part community hub—a space where people doing real work in real communities come together to share what they are learning, wrestle with what is not working, and build something better together. FIG draws on both Thinkers and Builders: those who generate vision, frameworks, and insight alongside those who prototype, implement, and make things real. Both modes are essential, and the rigorous exchange between them is where innovation actually happens.
Members gather for workshops, facilitated conversations, and collaborative design sessions where they bring their toughest challenges and leave with fresh thinking and new allies. Subject-matter experts from inside and outside the Association join to expand what is possible. Regional gatherings connect members on the ground. And the network organizes itself around what members need most—some gathering to learn and study together, others forming around a specific problem worth solving, others building connections across the Association’s broader membership.
