This luncheon is more than a remembrance. It is an invitation to continue the work Dr. Perkins faithfully advanced. Rooted in love for God and neighbor, we will celebrate a legacy that calls us to resist injustice, build beloved community, develop local leaders, and pursue reconciliation.
Together, we will reflect on what this legacy requires of us and renew our commitment to faithful Christian Community Development in our churches, neighborhoods, and communities.
