Registration must be completed online or by phone with the CCDA national office.
Any number of tickets may be purchased at one time and attendees’ names are not required at the time of purchase. However, CCDA requires that tickets be assigned to each attendee at least fourteen (14) days prior to the conference for complete processing. The following information is needed to complete registration: First and last name, organization name, city, state, and email address.
Cancellations: An incremental fee will be applied per individual registration cancellation: $50/February 1-March 31, $75/April 1- June 30, $100/July 1-August 15. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 15th.
Change fees: A change fee of $25 will be applied to all on-site registration transfers.
National Conference: The above cancellation policy and change fees apply to all National Conference registrations. Registrations cancelled after August 15, 2016 will not be refunded.
Immersion: Because of the limited number of participants, we ask for a sincere commitment to Immersion. Immersion registrations may be canceled and refunded less a $75 cancellation fee per registration. You will need to provide the full name of the payer and the method of payment in order for a refund to be issued. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2016.
