Christina Foor serves as the Director of Engagement & Mobilization at CCDA, where she leads national strategies that empower practitioners, mobilize networks, and foster transformative community engagement. With a rich background in cross-cultural mentorship, community development, advocacy, and program leadership, Christina has dedicated her career to empowering underrepresented communities and fostering spaces of belonging and justice.
An Indian-American wife and mother of two daughters, Christina brings a unique perspective to her work, rooted in her Christian faith, hospitality, holistic well-being, and a passion for creating spaces where every voice is valued and welcomed.Her passion for building bridges across cultures is reflected in her leadership of CCDA’s Flourishing Congregations Initiative and her writings on topics such as education equity and immigration.
Outside of her professional life, Christina finds joy in tackling DIY projects, cooking, and sharing adventures with family and friends. She delights in learning from people of diverse backgrounds, often welcoming them into her extended family.
