Description
Many of us lead more by instinct than intentional design—and somewhere between what we teach and how people actually grow, something gets lost. This workshop is for leaders who want to close that gap. Drawing on educational psychology and discipleship practice, participants will learn to address the felt needs of their context through spiritual habits and a teaching approach that fosters clarity, meaning, skill, and ownership. They’ll leave with a working model rooted in their context and a repeatable process for designing learning that forms people over time… not just engages them in the moment.
