The Youth Leadership Lab (YLL) is a dedicated conference experience for youth ages 11–18.
It is designed to help young people grow in faith, confidence, leadership, and their understanding of Christian Community Development. Youth will participate in interactive workshops, a walking tour, and a youth-only listening session where they can help shape the future of youth leadership at CCDA.

A youth-only space for participants ages 11–18 to connect and help shape what youth leadership and programming at CCDA could look like in the future.
CCDA leaders will listen to youth about:
- What they want from CCDA
- What helps them grow as leaders
- What issues matter to them
- What future youth programming could look like

Chasing Justice envisions a world where young leaders are inspired by their faith, equipped to challenge systemic injustice and foster flourishing communities.
They mobilize a young BIPOC-led community toward a lifestyle of faith and justice.
