Rooted in both mental health education and faith perspectives, this workshop emphasizes how spirituality, trusted relationships, and community can strengthen mental well-being. Youth participants will reflect on how their faith shapes their understanding of mental health, identify sources of support, and leave with strategies to care for themselves and others.
We invite youth to come ready to connect, share, and discover how your mind, heart, and faith can work together to help you thrive even in the midst of life’s daily challenges as a young person today.
