2019 CCDA National Conference — Dallas Workshop
FWD: Succession in CCD – Shoulders, Shadows, & Streams –Joe Tucker, Chanda Roby, & Joyce del Rosario
CCDA is over 25 years old, and many of the practicing organizations and churches are even older. For some organizations and churches, this has meant a change in leadership from the founders to the next generation of leaders. This workshop provides 3 brief testimonies of organization succession, explores the generational, racial, and economic dynamics of leadership transition, and provides a forum for conversation for CCDA leaders to both learn from and share about the challenges of leadership succession within CCDA organizations.
