Description
This intergenerational workshop brings youth and youth-serving adults together to explore the connections between faith and mental health in ways that strengthen understanding, empathy, and resilience. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants will learn practical tools for supporting mental well-being, gain shared language for talking about emotions and challenges, and identify how faith traditions can be powerful sources of healing and hope.
Grounded in both mental health education and spiritual perspectives, this workshop creates a safe space for youth and adults to connect, listen, and learn from each other. Join us in strengthening the bridge between mind, heart, and faith—so we can walk alongside one another with greater care and courage as individuals and as a community.
