Description
This workshop will address those at any level of experience in community development work, to equip them primarily in 3 areas: 1 – to update their understanding of current trends in drug use and addiction – especially in under-resourced communities; 2 – to discuss the effective interventions needed in community settings 3 – to address what will best maintain connectedness in CCD practitioners and community from a faith perspective, and to look at decreasing stigma and increasing hope at both individual and community levels.
