Description
The ways practitioners interact with individuals and cultivate communal spaces in their programmatic activities matters as we consider what it means to embrace love in building community. This session offers an opportunity for reflective practice as participants examine mini cases of work and education spaces in which people felt seen and heard. The facilitator will identify ideas as well as tensions to consider in enacting practices. Participants also will learn about dimensions of their own needs and postures that are helpful for engaging in community-building. Speaker: Dr. Courtnye Lloyd
