Do you ever feel isolated in leadership? Are you unsure where you can find a supportive professional community to navigate tough decisions and challenges?
The good news is that executive leadership doesn’t have to be lonely. This is why CCDA is hosting an Executive Leadership Peer Coaching Circle in 2026.
Each month, a small group of leaders will meet together for peer coaching and collaborative discussion. These hour-and-a-half sessions will include breakout groups where you can share experiences, challenges, and successes in a confidential space.
This year’s Peer Coaching Circle is focused on pastors and non-profit leaders. You will have opportunities to meet with a seasoned CCD bivocational senior pastor, along with executive nonprofit facilitators. These sessions with this supportive community will help you navigate church and nonprofit leadership during this challenging time.
Registration closes on January 24 and there are limited spots available!
