
Mary Beth Meadows
Director of Education & Equipping
Mary Beth Meadows serves as the Director of Education & Equipping at CCDA. Mary Beth earned a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and identifies as an abolition-centered social worker. She has been thankful to participate in community organizing, activism and advocacy, learning, and living in community in the South Bronx, Waco, Knoxville, and Santiago, Chile. Mary Beth serves on the steering committee of her @CCDAKnox Local Network, Board of Director Secretary of First Foundations, Inc., as a Founding Member of the Knoxville Modern Quilt Guild, and member of the CCDA Behavioral Health Professionals Network. She first attended a CCDA conference in 2003 in New Orleans. It was life changing and helped her fuse faith and justice beliefs and perspectives. She is an alumnus of CCDA Leadership Cohort 7 and lives in a small community outside of Knoxville, Tennessee with her two daughters.
