Welcome, Workshop Presenters!
Congratulations on being selected to present at the 2026 CCDA National Conference in Richmond, Virginia, October 7-10, 2026. This page is your central resource for everything you need to confirm your workshop and prepare for the conference. It will be updated periodically as new information becomes available, so check back as the conference approaches.
This page is for confirmed workshop presenters only. Please do not share the URL or the registration code with anyone outside your presenting team. The registration code is reserved for confirmed presenters and must be kept private.

Your Two Required Steps
There are two things every presenter and co-presenter must complete to confirm your spot in the program.
Step 1: Submit your workshop presenter agreement by June 5, 2026.
All presenters, including co-presenters, must submit a workshop presenter agreement. Every person listed in your workshop proposal must submit their own agreement individually.
Step 2: Register for the conference by June 30, 2026.
All presenters, including co-presenters, must register for the conference. Accepted workshop presenters receive a discounted registration rate of $99.

Please email workshops@ccda.org if you need the registration code. Please do not share this code. It is for confirmed workshop presenters only and must remain private.
If conference registration by June 30, 2026 is not financially feasible for you, please indicate this on your presenter agreement form and we will follow up with you directly.

Presenter Orientation
All presenters are expected to attend a virtual workshop presenter orientation before the conference. Orientation details are listed below.
