May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
We are excited to offer a virtual space to practice rest! Rest as Resistance is a response to the state of our world. We are all fighting the good fight, getting in “good trouble”, and we hope you are learning to lean into rest. Rest is how we advocate and maintain our position to the protest. Join us on Thursday, May 29, 2025, for a liturgy, prayer, reflection, and rest. We will walk through tangible tools for leaning into as we close out Mental Health Awareness Month! We hope to see you there!
