The Transforming Center is an Equal Opportunity workplace and values unity in diversity, equality across lines of race and socioeconomic status, and an egalitarian view of men and women in ministry (John 17:20-26). Individuals find their place and bring their gifts to Christian community on the basis of the spiritual reality of their relationship with God and their gifting by God (I Corinthians 12); they are not defined or limited on the basis of outward characteristics such as race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation or gender.

  • Coordinate donor acknowledgment with the ED and CEO, including thank you notes and phone calls. Send welcome letter to new donors and assist with their initial online registration.

  • Work closely with the Director of Operations on incoming gift processes, campaign and fund allocations, details on restricted or designated gifts and the grant writing process.
  • Work closely with the Community Registrar and donors on tracking and coordinating scholarships and sponsorships for Community members. This includes helping members create and maintain their crowdfunding page.
  • Coordinate, schedule and draft minutes and other documents for development meetings.
Use the mass email program to disseminate development related communications written by the ED and DSP.
